Delivery
UK Delivery
Please ensure the correct address details are provided for the intended
recipient and contact details in the event of any delivery problems. Evergreen
cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incomplete or incorrect
information.
Should the recipient not be home we will attempt to deliver to
a neighbour or post a card through the letterbox informing them that a
delivery
has been attempted. Please ensure the correct address is provided for the recipient.
If an attempted delivery fails (such as the wrong address specified on the
order), we reserve the right to charge additional costs to re-deliver or
to deduct the
shipping costs /product wastage / courier return fee from any refund if the
order is subsequently cancelled.
There may be delays in delivery where a third party is involved, such as delivery
to hospitals, hotels, offices and ships. In case of delivery to such locations,
the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the
organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery.
Our liability for
non-delivery of the
products shall be limited to replacing the product within reasonable time.
Please
note that flowers are delivered by your local Flowergram florist or Evergreen
Florist, but other gifts are dispatched via a courier which means that Flower
and Gift
orders
will arrive separately when delivered to the same address.
FLOWERS
Same Day Delivery - Order before 12pm
Same Day Delivery is normally possible
on all orders although some remote areas may take longer to deliver and be
subject to an additional delivery charge.
A Customer Service Consultant will contact you directly to advise you
of
any charges.
Orders received after 12pm would generally be delivered on the next available
day. If the address provided is a work address, please indicate the times
the recipient will be available at that address or if a private address, when
we
are likely to find the recipient at home.
With the exception of funeral orders
we are unable to carry out timed deliveries. We cannot guarantee any specific
times or am/pm requests included in the Special Instructions box, but we'll
do our very best to accommodate you.
If a timed delivery is critical
we may be able
to arrange this for you at an additional cost, please call one of our customer
service consultants on 0161 330 1223.
Sunday deliveries may be possible by
prior arrangement only and with 2-3 working days notice. Extra charges may
be incurred. Customers should choose
delivery
for the day before or day after with a Special Instruction to deliver on
Sunday if possible (excludes Mothering Sunday).
Deliveries are not possible
on UK
Bank Holidays.

FRUIT BASKETS / GOURMET HAMPERS*
Next Day Delivery - Order before 3pm
Orders are dispatched that day for delivery the following day according to
the cut-off times shown above. For orders received after these times
your gift will
be sent out the next working day (working days are Monday - Friday). Orders
placed after these times on Fridays will not be processed until Monday
and will therefore
be delivered Tuesday. If you require a delivery on a Saturday this is possible
but we must stress that delivery will not be guaranteed. Delivery is not
possible on Sundays.
